G24 Contractual parking charge notice

Dear All, 

I hope this email finds you all well, I was hoping I could get your help to draft an appeal letter to this blood sucking organised criminal called G24 Ltd as they have sent me a PCN for failing to pay parking tariff even though I had my blue badge on the dashboard.

On the 19/04/2026 I drove my disabled brother who is the registered keeper of the vehicle as he’s double amputee, and also blind, we went to buy from a furniture shops next to Edmonton leisure centre, I couldn’t see any sign post on the disabled bays where i parked, I helped my brother get into his wheelchair and pushed him away to the shop, cars are being driving left and right, and you need to be vigilant specialy that I am pushing a disabled person on a wheelchair.

I had no idea back then that I should register the blue badge at one of the desks at the shopping centre, only when I have received the PCN I went on searching online, apparently there was a sign some where away from the disabled bays that has such instructions, but it’s in the wrong place where they should have placed view of them beside the disabled bays.

I would appreciate it if you could help me draft a strong appeal letter to cancel this PCN , also I have only until 08/05/2026 to benefit from the discounted charge.

I will be attaching the PCN here and also a google map screenshot of the area where I parked.

G24 are not going to cancel the pcn regardless of what is said in an appeal

Follow plan A in the newbies sticky thread, complaining about it directly to the management company that run Edmonton Green Shopping Centre

This is definitely one for a complaint to the property agents who run the retail park. Their details will be online and/or on a small sign (not G24's sign) at the entrance.

The discount is not a 'benefit' to you & you will NOT ever have to pay this invoice.
