I sent my N180 form a week ago by email, still no acknowledgement deadline is the 2nd. I will chase this by phone call. However conscious now that I CC'd in bulklitigation@dcblegal.co.uk for claimant side. I've just checked claim form and can not see an email. Do I need to send this by post?

And make sure that its the downloaded N180 DQ document, no pictures, no scans , no paperwork

Yes, I used the download document and did receive an automated email. Just nothing showing on the MCOL.

It can take 10 to 20 days to show up on MCOL, so one word , Patience!

Update:

Just received a general form of judgement order from the district judge threatening to strike out the claim from the claimant unless they can properly put forward a case proving that I breached a contract (from what I can quickly tell.)

Which is great!

Is this a common practice? Happy to share details if it brings any benefits to the wider community.
