Tried phoning, no answer. Sent an email to say cancel and refund. Received one back pretty quickly saying they will cancel and refund within three or so days. Sounds good but will wait and see. Sadly Amazon got the business and will deliver within the next two days!

What sort of sporting equipment needs 14 - 16 weeks for delivery from an independent supplier but amazon can do in 2 days?

Independent supplier is drop shipper whose order is delayed.
Amazon or Amazon supplier has item in stock.
