Go Assist are they legitimate?

In March this year I paid Go Assist to fix a tumble dryer. They took a payment of £200 and also encouraged me to become a member with a monthly cost of £12. They have sent out engineers to fix the tumble dryer but the works are not finished. Their automated service says that the dryer has been fixed. I have spoken directly with the engineers and they say they are waiting for spare parts which have been sent previously but are incorrect. I cannot get through to anyone at Go assist and I have stopped the direct debit payments and at the moment I am £224 out of pocket with no way of contacting Go Assist at all. Their AI bot takes the call. Puts it through to "some one who can help" then drops the line. I am thinking that this is their policy and it makes them considerable amounts of money for basically doing nothing and not fulfilling their promise / obligations. What is the general consensus please and how do I get my money back or the tumble dryer fixed? Thanks
