I transferred £15k from my bank account into the primary pocket of my Plum account and transferred it back again to my bank account within 12 hours. I was intending place this £15k into a PLUM ISA. Have I used £15k of my ISA allowance for this year or can I transfer the £15K into another ISA, which is want I want to do ?

It never went into an ISA so you have not used that allowance.

- No because the primary pocket is not part of the ISA 2.
- No because even if it was the Plum ISA is now flexible
