Zopa biscuit account with 2% on DD

Meanwhile for me it shows 2% cashback per month "up to a total direct debit value of £125", which is correct for when I opened the account.
In other words, different accounts are on different cashback incentive schemes depending upon when the account was opened.
As you point out, heading to bank account → manage → documents → fees and useful info is (or at least should be!) the way to determine which cashback scheme a Zopa Biscuit current account is on.0 -
how long does cashback take to be acknowledged from the day the direct debit goes out?

My experience is that cashback is paid at the start of the next statement month after it was taken.

My account opening anniversary is in Apr but just finished earning 2% cashback on DDs this month, so when can I start earning cashback next year again? April or July ?

Is this the scheme where you have earned 2% on £1500 of DDs (so £30)?
Assuming that Zopa continue the same scheme, you'll be able to earn again from April.
