Smarty adding an ESIM to my current SIM only deal
Hi,
Please can anyone help me as I’m going round in circles with Smarty Chat?
I have a ‘physical’ sim with them and as Ive decided to set up a small business I’d like an ESIM so I only carry one phone but have 2 numbers.
Can I do this and has anyone done this with Smarty?
Any advice on how I do this I would be so grateful.
Many thanks

First thing to check, does your smartphone support dual SIM? Can one of these SIMs be an eSIM?
If both these things are true then you can get a second SIM from Smarty (or anyone else).

Yes I’ve checked it’s compatible but I can’t seem to find the option on the app to get one.
Thanks

Assume you want to run 2 numbers under one (existing) account? Smarty do that with what they call 'Groups'.
No idea where that might be on their app but the website seems clear enough.

Thanks for that however reading that it implies as an existing customer I want to replace my sim to an eSIM where as I want to add to it.
Any ideas?

If the Smarty Groups thing is too hard to sort (does look unnecessarily complicated) then just order another eSIM as a new customer. Use a different email address to keep things separate.

That might be a good idea!

There are countless eSim providers are there too, dont restrict yourself to just one company.
