Could my friends car, parked on my drive stop me from selling my house?

"About the property" doesn't mean directly arising from the property, it means affecting the property and relates to anything that could negatively affect the buyer's enjoyment or use of the property. Failure to declare, even if the situation is resolved pre-completion, is misrepresentation and a concealment of material information.

Why would the buyer care about something resolved pre-completion?

I never mentioned the buyer caring about anything. I'm stating the nature of misrepresentation as relates to the TA6 form. If the OP wishes to knowingly withhold pertinent information on a legal form then that's up to them. They might be caught out, they might not. I was simply correcting you regarding the scope of that particular question and stressing the irrelevance of speculating about future events as regards the expected answer.

This car only needs declaring on the TA6 form if the car will not be removed from the property in advance of Completion.

We know our neighbour's 'project vehicle' caused some potential buyers not to view or show-up.
However, the people who actually purchased were attracted to our house because they were friends and former neighbours of the project car couple.
It's a complex life!
"The forest was shrinking, but the trees kept voting for the axe. The axe was clever and convinced the trees that since his handle was made of wood, he was one of them."

The only way it could validly be omitted is if the 'friend' has assured the seller that they would move it, or the seller had a plan to move it, and the seller believed in good faith it would be gone by completion day. That's not the case here, as the 'friend' has no interest in removing it and the OP, as far as we know, has no method of removing it either, so they need to declare it.
