Do not fill in the paperwork, follow the 8 steps and download the N180 pdf document, fill it in and email it

2 destinations, info@dcblegal.co.uk and to the DQ email address at the CNBC, not claim responses

    Definitely not to Smart Parking

If you are going off piste, then you are failing to follow the 8 steps

you only need to send it to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk, anyone else is pointless on this track

I must be really thick, sorry. So I get this letter that says this. Is this just notifying me that this has been sent to them or is the attached N180 for me. I am trying to follow the 8 steps but I am unsure. Everything is easy when you have dealt or seen it hundreds of times but for me it is a bit daunting.

I acknowledge it states it is now a defended claim but the blank attached N180 is what is confusing me?

If that letter is addressed to you, then the attached DQ is for you but, as @Gr1pr & @ChirpyChicken write, do not fill in the paper forms but go and get a .pdf, complete that and email it to the address given in the template defence thread. If the letter is addressed ONLY to the claimant then wait for your letter. The easiest way to check is to go to MCOL and check the status page for your claim.

Yeh it says they submitted DQ and that the DQ was sent to me. I will proceed with submitting the N180 but there seems to be a bit of difference of opinion above as to if should just email to

dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk but the other answer was to send to DCB too?

Really grateful for all responses. Thanks

It really doesn't matter about sending it to DCB as well but you can cc them in.

Obviously, you'll already know how to fill in the electronic version of this very basic (and fully expected) form because the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread walk everyone through every DQ question.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is good and that is the correct email address for the DQ and you can use info@dcblegal.co.uk although @ChirpyChicken usually writes there is no need to send to DCB Legal
