Buyers is delaying / refusing to exchange

It finally went through last week, although not without a load more hassle from the purchaser.
Her brother wouldn't undertake a viewing on her behalf so we ended up waiting for her to fly over and view the property itself. Then she raised issues with information provided by the management company which too ages to resolve with the ManCo (especially as they were being replaced!!). Finally she transferred the monies but transferred too little so had to then resend additional funds which nearly delayed the final exchange and completion.
