Afternoon, running a day behind as I spent alot of yesterday at my parents. All I really did put the DW on and work on my end of the month meal plan and food shopping list.
So today I'm trying to catch up. No windows opened here as it cold and windy. No need to worry about the fruit basket as there's only a few easy peelers and some bananas (ready for banana bread) in there.
I've put the DW on again and emptied all the bins. I must remember to put the recycling out this evening for collection tomorrow.
I've cleaned all the kitchen sides and appliances. I need to look into one of those covers for mixers as I don't use it very often now and have nowhere else to put it. Cleaned cupboard fronts, sink etc and all cloths have been changed.
I don't have any DW or WM cleaners left til shopping day so that will have to wait.
AF decided to turn up after a break so I'm now going to have a coffee and some paracetamol. Then on to the bathroom.

Hello. Busy morning here. I have watered plants inside and in greenhouse, changed sofa throws, checked banking, hoovered through and done most of today's list. Poppet has had her walk. This afternoon I'm meeting friends then will cut the grass when I get back.
Spend less now, work less later.5 -
Out for lunch with DS and got his signature signed and witnessed on my Power of Attorney forms while I had him in my power. Then up to the Aged P's for a natter and then we went to do his big shop.
E bay sale posted.

(((Hugs))) to Narc0 and mum. I'm glad she's back in the home now xx
DH is still in hospital, BP now improved, but still awaiting Dermatology and Vascular inspections. I have told him that when he comes out we will be clearing his mancave/the garage - not completely, of course, but enough to make it easy for anyone to get in there to help if he has a fall or such-like. It is like the worst-ever maze with things to trip you over and other things falling on you as you push your way in. This morning I moved 8 unused packing boxes which he bought for selling books (goodness knows why, as the Co0p down the road always has plenty of empty boxes available!) into the utility and squeezed them in down the side of the FF with the heavier flight of steps and ironing board, neither of which ever get used now: I followed @pigpen 's advice and haven't done any ironing for at least 2 years! Just moving the boxes has given an extra 4"x30" of floor space which, proportionately, is a lot.
Other jobs done this morning: opened the bedroom window, made my bed, checked my finances, updated my Toots list, FUPA clean washing, cleaned the downstairs loo and lobby, hoovered upstairs, walked Rosie.
Back from visiting DH now. I mustn't forget to put the bins out before bedtime.

Aww.. I do miss reading Pigpen’s posts. I hope that she’s thriving along with all her familam ☺️
Another that doesn’t do ironing 😉 My nana taught me some tricks with drying and storing clothes and no one has ever said we look disheveled so it’s obviously working 🤣
Mum chores all done and lawns mowed. Spent time with her and my sister today, chatting and laughing.. it felt good and I’m grateful for it 💗
Chicken and bacon pasta made for tea, kitchen tidied and tomorrows lunches made and popped in the fridge.
Tired now so off to bed.. 🥱 Night all 😴

Ironing….well I actually did 4 items yesterday, really don't recall when I'd last done any but I'd taken these off the line and put them in a basket then not hung up/properly folded them. As the skirt and top now form my "bright colours" funeral attire, I needed to get them looking reasonable.
Mr N rang BandQ just after 7am as they still hadn't notified us of the delivery time of the lawnmower. Actually spoke to a real person who told him "between 2-4; actually 2.02" so that was precise. But awkward as usually I'd be at work and Mr N would be at photography club. I opted to go to work for 9.30-1.30 so I could zip back. The thing arrived at 2.19; I was a bit miffed that the delivery man stood behind the box which he'd put on the drive but not up the step to the porch. I asked if it was heavy and he hastily walked away. It was heavy, but I managed to drag it up the step and into the hall.
I rang the care home from work; mum was fine and I had a few words with her - she said she felt ok, it had been a long wait in hospital but I could come and see her any time as it seems a long time since she last saw me (last Friday!)…… she sounded contented enough anyway.
Felt very unmotivated this afternoon and couldn't get into the activity-motivation cycle. Sunny but wild, cold wind so I didn't fancy gardening.
Read meters and put them online.
Sorted a few emails.
Did a bit more of tax return.
Black dog threatened but it was church group this evening so that gave me something else to think about.

Morning,
I didn't get around to posted yesterday afternoon so here's a quick update.
Bins were already ended on Sunday so no need to for that and I did remember to put the bins out for collection after I'd gone up to bed but it has been done. Bath and basin scrubbed including the taps. Tiles wiped as high as I can reach. Toilet cleaned but I forgot to put stuff in overnight so I must do that tonight. Window is opened every morning. No need to do the litter tray as noone has been near it.
That was it apart from cooking dinner, putting the DW on and a quick wipe round the kitchen.
Today I have one of my groups this morning and then I need to go to Mr A's to pick up my meds so depending how I feel after that depends what I get done this afternoon. I had a bad night last night so I'm still tired and I'm hoping I won't be grumpy or tearful at my group.
I hope to update later TTFN

Morning all,
I took yesterday off, and I'm only doing a few things today as I'm going through a rather emotional time at the moment, therefore prioritising self-care.
My list for today
- Go up to the stables and feed the ponies
- Attend uni lecture
- Paid stuff (dog walk)
- Clean out the litter tray
- Do some exam revision
- Go to physio appointment
- Laundry x 2 loads
- Go up to the stable and feed the ponies
I think that is everything that I need to tackle today. I hope everyone has a lovely Wednesday

Lunch out with Good morning all
WUALTD, have cleaned the coffee machine as DD is away for a few days; there are parts where it holds clean and dirty water; the clean will grow algae if left; the dirty will get whiffy.
DW emptied
Out tonight in Robin Hood City to see Rick Astley supported by Gabrielle. Must remember to do all my little jobs before I got - I have written a list.

Afternoon all. Two loads of washing done and first load dry and second (coats) nearly there. Sunny and windy. Dusted and vacuumed downstairs and up the stairs and washed the kitchen floor. Was meaning to do upstairs too but I've cut the grass instead, upstairs can wait until another day. We went for a walk and coffee this morning. Picking up DGD4 from school this afternoon and she's back here for tea.
