Transfer cash ISA from H.L to Santander.

in ISAs & tax-free savings

The Santander transfer form asks for sort code and account number but H.L do not give you one all I have is my H.L client number. My ISA with H.L is invested with Chetwood bank. Not sure how to move forward on this, any advice please.

I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;

    If you only have a cash ISA with HL then there will be no problem if you just quote your HL Client ID in the Roll Number field.

    Is the problem that the online form isn't allowing you to leave account no/sort code blank?

    Zero fill them or if it's still being useless then switch to manual and fill in the paper form.

    Unfortunately I also have a non ISA savings account with HL and that may be a problem.

    Send HL a secure message confirming you are only transferring your cash ISA to Santander. Given you are completing a cash ISA transfer form they will only transfer an ISA.
