The Reminder Notice, which is said to be acting as the NtK is NOT PoFA compliant. Does not meet the timescale for PoFA compliance (56 days after 14/03 is 09/05), neither does it contain the PoFA warning that the keeper will be held liable (the red paragraph).

Complain to POPLA that they have arrived at an erroneous decision.

Yes the POPLA Complaints email which is where you'd expect, on the website.

Definitely complain. The Assessor needs retraining about POFA sch 4 para 8 and this decision is an embarrassment and hopelessly wrong in law.
