Morrisons are definitely the best of the ‘big beast’ supermarkets for cancelling tickets. Also, to note, that many Morrisons’ Customer Services desks have a small visitor tablet (mainly used by visiting wholesale reps, but can be used by customers) where VRMs can be input to ensure that ECP know you are a bona fide customer and staying longer than the maximum stay time, and (hopefully) heading off any NtK.
