Chetwood Bank ISA - can't transfer to Tembo ISA?

I've tried to transfer my Chetwood Bank ISA to my Tembo ISA today, but Chetwood Bank does not appear in their transfer list - their automated help says that if a bank is not on their list, they have "temporarily paused transfers form that provider"

Any advice on how I can transfer from Chetwood?

Is the Chetwood Bank Cash ISA with Hargreaves Lansdown? Visiting Chetwood Bank seems to offer normal saving accounts, no Cash ISA.

Hargreaves Lansdown is on Tembo list of supported.

I first became aware of Chetwood Bank through MoneySavingExpert and applied for a savings account, providing extensive personal and financial information.

When the application did not proceed, I asked Chetwood to erase anything it was not legally required to retain and to explain what remained, why, for how long, and whether it had been shared.

Despite follow-ups on 7 and 21 July, I received no substantive response. Chetwood has now acknowledged a complaint dated 4 August but still has not answered my original data-erasure request.

I accept that banks must retain certain records for regulatory reasons. My concern is the lack of transparency about highly sensitive information which, in the wrong hands, could potentially facilitate identity fraud. I am not alleging misuse, but prospective customers may wish to consider my experience before submitting their personal data.

I will update this comment if Chetwood provides a proper response.
