Can you explain please? Email is the only way I can contact her and the message is now saved. She would have to provide a tracking number as I paid for next day delivery.

I came here to ask for advice as I'm on medication and can't think straight.

It's all very strange she has no feedback on Trustpilot.There is obviously something wrong with Fruit Mania. Why advertise stock on a website, take the funds and then go silent? Tomorrow will be 7 days without any contact from her.

I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I've left detailed feedback on Trustpilot so the public can know about this.

I wonder if she is going into liquidation and just doesn't care.

I emailed them tonight about my Trustpilot submission and pointed to this thread. They replied quickly and told me they have issued a refund. They said they didn't have the stock and were waiting to see if they can source them.

If you cancel a order you are telling them you do not want the item.

So you can not then say that you are claiming non receipt of a item you have cancelled🤷‍♀️

It's a technicality rejection, but as you only get one chance at a chargeback, you could not then try no refund.

I see. I checked my credit card app and there isn't a refund. Should I wait a few days or should it show straight away?

A refund won’t show immediately. It has to back to the merchant back first so could take a few days.

CC systems tend to update overnight & any credit does not require authorisation, so the 1st anyone knows is when it hits your account.

I finally got my refund after 9 days. I had a look on Fruit Mania and the guinep and star apple that they don't have is still being advertised for sale. Some of the fruits are marked as out of stock, but they haven't bothered to update what is in stock.

Anyone can just order and get the run around.
