I'd be gobsmacked if the BPA don't sort this one out but the only query I wanted to check is: did you appeal within 28 days of receiving the NTH in your name?

You think that could be the reason why they did not send a rejection? I mean even if they will not send the POPLA code, a letter of rejection is still required, no?

Yes there should have been an appeal rejection at least.
