Yes, you haven't yet told us which Claimant. It's not DCB Legal. Is it Smart Parking, G24, UKPC or who?

And re the below, you should do one defence first (for one of the claims) then do the other a week later, adding the Henderson v Henderson wording about duplicate litigation and cause of action estoppel (search the forum).

I did defend both claims.

I was waiting to see if a message appeared saying the deadline to write a defence had passed but it dd not.

Great! You were in time then.

It (both claims) will be discontinued before Xmas, so go through the motions as per the simple first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Pick up where you left off, regardless of what you put in defence.

See you in 6 months as no help is needed until you get a hearing date x 2, then they'll discontinue, which is their MO. They don't like defended claims.
