Santander ISA query.
I want to transfer my Trading 212 ISA from a previous year to Santanders new 1 year fix at 4.5% with £50 bonus. However Santander says I can only transfer into a Santander ISA. I have already opened an ISA with Prosper and used my full £20k allowance for this year. Can I open a new ISA with Santander with a zero balance and transfer over? I dont want to go ahead until I know I am not breaking any rules.

Yes - you can do that. You may need to use a paper transfer form though, as Santander use the BACS ISA transfer service for electronic ISA transfers and Trading212 don't (this is an issue you'll come up against when transferring from there to most other ISA providers, however)
To qualify for the eVoucher, it needs to be a full transfer of £10k or more.
