Virgin Cash ISA Stopped Receiving Interest
Last year I set up a Virgin fixed rate ISA with monthly interest. This went ok and I received the monthly interest as expected. However, I have just realised that I have had no interest since October last year. The ISA matures in June this year, so I was going to wait and see what happens. Has this happened to anybody else?

You should ask them ASAP rather than waiting for maturity.

I asked them. They say the account is set to annual interest but to get in touch if I want it changed. I told them to keep it as is but that I am surprised as I was receiving monthly interest up to Oct 25 and the online statement shows that. I don't remember changing anything.

Virgin offered no explanation for the change but AI suggested that they often do major system updates in October which might have caused a glitch.
It seems though that it has never happened to anybody else on here.
