Euro car parks pcn
Hi,
Sorry I have read all the threads and faqs and examples of pofa and non pofa and I'm so confused. I have autism so it's information overload I'm afraid. The image for non pofa looks like my ntk but the reason suggests it is complaint so I don't really know where to go.
I know not to admit any driver liability. The PCN is for 27 mins overstay where I believe there is a genuine reason but should I be appealing vague, should I mention the ntk compliance etc.
Any clarification greatly appreciated.

Too many redactions, dates for a start
Plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad is your best option here, a complaint about it to the landowner or retail park or business , especially if you have a valid reason

How do I find out who the land owner is. It's just a town centre car park.
Dates were 26/03 for event date and 31/03 for issue date. But it went to lease company who forwarded to me yesterday. Car is through a salary sacrifice scheme

Study the advice in the following thread
As for the pcn, do not reveal who was driving especially because its a lease vehicle and the parking companies never comply with Pofa2012 so an easy win at popla for ny hirer or lessee , so study the newbies sticky thread 1st post, near the bottom, about them not complying with Pofa2012 , the Edna Basher advice

I compared the images and mine looks like the non pofa one but in the reasoning it suggests it complies.
I'm just confused. I'll re read it and see if I can make sense of it.

It may depend if you are looking at an NTK PCN with the name and address of the lease company on it ( not your own name and address. )
Either you have an NTK PCN letter in their name, or an NtH letter in your own name, with your address on it
Either way, as a lessee you have no legal liability unless you reveal who was driving because they won't have legally transferred liability to you, as lessee, as hirer, because they never do
The lease company should have named you as hirer, then you would receive the NTH pcn and checked the NTH and subsequently appealed it as lessee hirer, based on the lack of Pofa2012 liability

So it was sent to lease company they sent me a copy and said they have provided my details. I haven't received anything direct yet. Should I wait?

Wait Until your Notice to Hirer , NtH, arrives in the post, with your name and address on it ( not the lease company NTK. )
Meanwhile study the Edna Basher advice at the bottom of the first post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Yes, wait to receive your NTH.
Then appeal as hirer/lessee, using the Edna Basher hirer appeal that you will have seen already, when you read the 'company/hire car' section at the bottom of post 1 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread.
By the way, the NTK back page had your VRM on it, which is personal data so here is a redacted image:
I may have missed it but despite that notice purporting to rely on the POFA, i cannot see anywhere that ECP have 'invited the keeper to pay' which is mandatory in Schedule 4.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
