I have an issue with O2 PAYG which meant my mobile has been ct off so only have use of my landline. I have tried speaking to a call centre and have asked to speak to a manager. I keep getting through to the India call centre who keep transferring me to other departments. Is there a direct line phone number to the call centre in the UK. I have contacted O2 Head office and they inform me that they cannot deal with PAYG issues

    which number are you calling?

03448090222 is the one showing on the website so if that’s only getting you through to India, perhaps they don’t have a UK one for you to use?

There is a complaints email, but that might take longer.

Already gone through Complaints but they are not interested saying it is A PAYG issue which they do not deal with and referred me to phone number on the website. I believe PAYG has 3 call centres in India one on South Africa and one in the UK. i am trying to speak to someone in the UK. oz customer service not existent when it comes to complaints

If you have a bit more information than simply "I've been cut off" then you could try the O2 Community forum

    https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Tech-Support/Reactivating-SIM-PAYG/td-p/1777186

is a recent post on the same topic.

Also has links to O2's presence on The Socials, but really that call centre is probably the right place to ask.

Get in contact on face book messenger.if you can.

Very helpfull on that platform in my expieriance with 02 pay as you go.

I had a payg sim cut off, because i hadnt made a chargable call at least every 6 months,my fault, got in touch on facebook messenger, and they reconected me within 24 hours, and my credit was restored as well.

I think i had to add £10 credit to reactivate sim
