Zopa transfer out issue

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer a Zopa cash ISA out to a new provider (Tandem).

My problem is that Zopa don't seem to provide any identifying information for the ISA (no account number, sort code, or roll/reference number).

Tandem's suggestion was to use zeroes for the first two, and NI number for the reference, but this has failed.

Has anyone else had success doing this, and what was the trick?

Thanks.

Maybe ask Zopa, they're the party who have to identify your ISA

You’ll be asked for your ISA roll number on your transfer form. This is the same as your Smart ISA reference number and can be found in your Smart Savings Hub by clicking Manage, Account information, then Smart ISA details. You won’t need to include an account number or sort code on your transfer form.

Just in case you missed it, all your funds in the Smart ISA need to be transferred, no partial transfers are allowed, so any funds in fixed-term pots would need to be redeemed first (with penalty).

    Thanks @flaneurs_lobster

I can see from the link you sent that the ISA does actually have a reference number, but it's accessed from the main "Savings hub" section of the app, rather than the ISA section, and customer support didn't mention it.

    Cheers.
