Airline Compensation claim - LOGANAIR - 3 months & waiting

HI forum! I submitted a claim to Loganair on January 7th due to cancellation of flight that left me 48 hours delayed travelling. I am aware of UK261 & the amount I am due - I have tried to contact LOGANAIR for an update multiple times through different platforms - I have had ONE email in Mid February stating there is a backlog. Nothing since. Only on social media chat again stating that there is a backlog. I was informed of 48 working days - it has now been 3 full months. I am also aware that I am not the only person waiting on resolution. As far back as October! As a final personal attempt - I wrote a letter delivered via recorded delivery - and still nothing. So I am at a loss and feel this needs to be escalated. Any advice would be appreciated!

You could pursue them via the CAA, although they don't actually have enforcement powers as such:

Alternatively, your credit card company may be able to help if that's how you paid, or failing that you're left with court action as the other option.

I’m in the same position. Submitted claim via online form 27th March 2026 (day of delay) relating to 4.5 hour delay.

Got an automated acknowledgement. Asked for progress report 12th May via email with only automated response again, and still have no further information. On their website they say you have to wait 28 days before involving a claim firm. So wondering if that is now the route to take.
