Kent Reliance ISA internal transfer
My parents each have a Easy Access Kent Reliance ISA and would like to open the new 1 year 4.37% Fixed ISA with Kent Reliance and only make a partial transfer into this and then transfer the remaining balance to a new Santander 1 year 4.15% fixed to benefit from the £50 e-voucher. (only wish to transfer the relevant £10000).
Kent Reliance state that you can open and transfer from their Easy Access to a Fixed ISA, but from trying to do this during the application process does not give the option, only from other providers. Can anyone that has done an internal transfer please advice how it is done. They have contacted Kent Reliance via messages, but this can take 3 days.

Transferring money from an existing Kent Reliance ISA to a new Kent Reliance ISA
Making a switch between your Kent Reliance ISA products, or a partial transfer of funds from one ISA to another is simple.
Choose the account you’d like to transfer to from our available ISAs and apply online or alternatively visit your local branch and complete an application form.
Switching between ISAs is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of both accounts. For example, any early closure charge on your existing ISA may apply.

I have transferred a Kent Reliance ISA internally several times, always by ringing them. I have to say the call centre staff are really good at taking you through the process.

Thanks for the responses.
My parents don't hear very well on the phone as they are both elderly and find it hard of hearing especially when it is a call centre. They usually go into a branch, but the Easy Access was opened online and so we were trying to open the Fixed online too, to save them a visit into a branch. Previously branch visits have resulted in the staff members stating they only deal with accounts opened in branch and not online.
We did start an application online, but as I commented in the original message, the application doesn't give an option anywhere of transferring internally, only from other providers. It does give the option of choosing transfer from an existing Kent Reliance account for the deposit, but then doesn't provide an option to state details and so as if you are going to just do a manual transfer yourself and not within the ISA transfer, so losing the ISA wrapper.

I opened a new KR cash ISA, but didn't fund it. I then sent an online message saying please transfer the full amount of my existing KR ISA to this new KR ISA. They both happen to be fixed cash ISAs.
Yes it is annoying that they don't provide for that KR to KR transfer when opening a new KR cash ISA.
I managed this without any phone calls, or branch visits.
