Moneybox ISA confusion
Just decided that today I would open a MoneyBox ISA as overall it's the best one to bring my other lower paying ISAs into and top up with my allowance, this combining all I to one pot at 4.43 (for now).
However when I went to the app just now I got a confusing message. It said the window for opening a 26/27 ISA was closed and I have to wait until 6th April?
Do you think it has gotten confused and I just need to wait til later today (it is only just 6th April after all!) or have I missed the chance to open it?!

Yes, just a bug

Seems to be sorted now. It's possible to open a new Cash ISA for 2026/27.
Rate is still 4.43%

Yep opened one at 10am this morning, deposit in and transfers happening, one already in within hours! Nice to have it all in one place.

And typically, just a day later, Plum come in with a slightly better rate and a flexible ISA with unlimited withdrawals! Not enough of a difference to make me move now I don't think!

Ah but having just read the terms, Plum only pays the bonus rate if you leave your money there for a year! I'd call that more of a fixed rate ISA!

I'm with Moneybox as it meets all my needs. Pays all the interest monthly and 3 withdrawals for peace of mind. The only annoyance is that mine is 4.26% as I opened it before it slightly increased. Thinking of putting my new tax year money in it.
There's higher rates like with plum, but then in 6 months if the interest rates reduce and then it's only about 4.2% and then something else comes along at 4.8%, you lose the bonus interest.

Can we rate tart cash ISAs? Like if we have paid in our max and transferred others in, but then we find one has opened at 5.5 % in two months, can we do a transfer over if everything? (Assuming of course no fees for transferring from either account, rate is the same for transfers, terms of old and new account etc are agreeable (you don't lose bonus interest or whatnot))?
