Giving up on broadcast TV

They don't generally use physical proof of the offence. The days of a TVL person sticking their pen into an empty aerial socket to obtain a snowy picture are long gone.
The approach these days is to condemn a person by their own words. Saying nothing is a good approach and is backed by relevant laws on interviews under caution.

Not everyone who buys a large TV limits themselves to watching broadcast TV.
Whether the material being broadcast is rubbish or not is subjective.
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid2
