Morning all, the summer seems to be disappearing very fast, I've just got back from a few days at my brothers which was lovely. Today I want to get some bits done off the list and have a nice walk with the dog. The dating is still going very well, slowly as his mental health isn't the best, however he is very open about it and communicates really well if he is struggling.
I do need to look at finances today as they are getting a bit wild. Currently sat in bed with a coffee though as the dog managed a lie-in until 7 today :) :)

And just like that august is coming to an end and the holidays are almost over :( It has gone crazily fast this year, I'm not ready to go back at all. The list isn't looking too bad, I never get all of it done so I'm pleased the majoroty is completed.
Today I have been doing the end of month banking and oh my days, I've really taken my eye off the ball - lots of car park charges, coffees and just general bits and pieces that I don't have the time to buy when I'm at work. So budgets are being sorted and September will be a belt tightening kinda month. I need to sort some drawers in my room still, bin some tatty t-shirts, put the summer clothes away, not everything but the swimwear, shorts, flip-flops etc that aren't going to be worn once I'm back at work. I have bought a couple of jumpers in TK Maxx this week ready for autumn/winter, I also bought a load of tights in Sainsburys that were 70% off, the only things I think I might need clothes wise this side of Christmas are new joggers and maybe some jeans. I'm fine for tops and jumpers and coats.
The dates are still happening, although it is a very very slow burner - but he is lovely and all is good :) :)

A lovely long walk in the forest today with Winnie, I'm really gonna miss her when I go back to work :(
I've done a few more jobs around the house today, although annoyingly none of them were on the list. Been round to see Mum and have managed to not spend any money. One more day off then it's back to the normal routine.

All too quickly the holidays are almost at an end😭 I go back on Friday for 2 insets, yawn.
I did think earlier that I'm really going to miss my dog too, I just looked very being at home all day😍
I really need to sort out a new signature!1 -
So September is here, autumn has arrived, back to school tomorrow.
This morning I have done the banking shuffle, ironed the few bits that were sat in a pile, walked the dog, ordered a replacement battery for the cordless hoover, listed some wellies on Vinted, sold previously mentioned wellies within 3 minutes so now need to parcel them up and post, but it's one thing out the house and some pennies into the pot.
The rest of today involves sending another parcel back, collecting my contact lenses, getting petrol, putting oil in the car, hoovering the car, packing my bag for school and then just enjoying the last bit of the holiday.

Apart from packing my bag and putting oil in the car (can't find it even though I bought it fairly recently), I've done all the jobs. I've also sold a coat that had been hanging around on Vinted for months, so that's packaged up and will be sent off later when I take the dog out. It leaves a nice big gap in the Vinted pile and a few more unexpected pennies into the pot.
