ISA easy access advise

I currently have 27k in my Trading 212 easy access cash ISA at an interest rate of 3.6%. I'm sure there are some better deals out there but it still needs to be an instant/easy access account as I have just put my flat on the market so will need access to quite a chunk of it at some stage. Any advice greatly appreciated 😊
