Debt collectors can’t do anything at the moment so don’t worry on that score.
Read the “Newbies” thread for next steps. It’s all there
And don’t pay. Listen to the advice given.

But do not ignore a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice from BW Legal, and do not ignore a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL

the letters i received might be the letter of claim - it gave a date to reply by in which I have - I phoned them and they have put it on hold currently while I wait for the photo evidence to come through ( minimum 7 days ) or so.
Appreciate all the help being given - all this is new territory for me :-)

Stop phoning them, study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, post 5, then post 2

A Letter of Claim is headed as such, so you can certainly tell. I expect all the PCNs went to your old address because you didn't update your V5C address?
You'll never pay these invoices BTW.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I double checked both letters and they are not headed as ‘ A Letter Of Claim ‘
I really hope I don’t end up having to pay these scam artists.0 -
You don't have a debt, only an alleged debt, some scummy parking company claims you owe them money and another scummy debt collector is trying it on by sending scary letters do as people are advising read the stickies on here to see the advice and the well trodden pathway.

thanks pal … I have read the newbie sticky .. and have already filed a complaint with land owner ( UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT )
awaiting response which will determine my next move … says 10-28 days for response.0 -
UKCPM are not the landowner, just a contractor working on behalf of the landowner
Whichever entity employed UKCPM is where at least one written complaint should go
The landowner is probably the freeholder

so after searching it seems to be ‘LPC LIVING’ that owns the property where my apartment is … is it these people I email ? If so is there an email template I can amend to fit my own situation and forward it on ?
Many thanks
