You open an account with T212 and ask it to initiate a transfer from Kroo.

You fill in the transfer form with your new / intended provider when you apply for ISA with them. Before you do make sure the new provider allows transfers in, some do not.

They do all the work for you. Don't attempt to move the money yourself or cancel previous ISA.

The advice not to move money yourself is not always valid if you only have small amounts in cash ISAs and do not plan to use your full allowance.

For instance, if the OP only has £5000 then transferring to T212 they will get 3.6%

If they close their Kroo ISA, put their money into their current account and then open a new ISA with T212 via Moneyfactscompare they get 4.58% with the bonus offered through that site.

You need to do your homework especially when some providers offer preferential rates when clicking through from third party sites or differing rates for new money as opposed to transfers.

It's a bit of a minefield these days.
