Claim received for "vehicle not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space"
Morning - Just wondering whether there are basics checks for appeal? I'm going to ask for photos ( this is when I went back) but I do feel a little hard done by. I park here regularly, I suspect it is because of encroaching the pavement. The road is narrow and so is the space (does this mean I cannot use it) Also I have a photo of a car that didn't get a ticket unlike me.

I suggest that its a council matter, so post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first. That is where the experts go for council tickets, as mentioned in other recent cases
