PCP claim & Consumer Rights Solicitors
I signed up with Pearl Legal in June 2022 to progress my PCP claim against Black Horse Finance. They passed my case onto Crystal Clear Law, who then passed me to Consumer Rights Solicitor. Inbetween I used the free complaints letter on MSE to go direct to Black Horse, who confirmed that my loan had been subject to a DCA. In nov 2024 I instructed CRS that I no longer wished for them to act on my gehalf by email, but they have continued to write to me.
With the FCA ruling, what obligation does CRS have over me ? Their latest email is asking me to sign another document, and is also asking me to forward any correspondence from Black Horse to them.
Can I ignore CRS, what are my options here ?

If you want to represent yourself then you'll have to terminate your contract with CRS and pay them their exit fees.
