Follow the process to the end
The most you would pay in court for a single pcn claim would be about £212, as it says in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Obviously you are not going to pay!
Do you mean you have a hearing date now?
The NEWBIES thread already tells you that people who lose at hearings pay £212. Did you not read that bit in post 2?
Why do you think you'll lose anyway?
The claimant is UK parking patrol Office limited. The car park is a petrol station next to Newcastle Airport.Right. I assume you haven't yet read the CMA's consumer protection case opened in July against another parking firm, due - in part - to concerns about unfair PCNs and camera surveillance at petrol stations? Obviously you'll be providing links to that investigation announcement and to the CMA's Open Letter to the Parking industry, as part of your exhibits with your WS.
What is the date for BW Legal to pay the hearing fee and what's your deadline for doing your WS and evidence?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
