The original supposed 'parking offence' took place in England and they have passed it to a Scottish firm to chase the money.

But please then report them to the organisations I listed, for misleading registered keepers in Scotland.
They need to be scared off, even if not sanctioned. But I think there are grounds that could & should be investigated.
