Talktalk To Utility Warehouse

I am aware that my Broadband/phone line is being passed from Talktalk to Utility Warehouse, should of been March, received a letter saying will now be April.
I previousley had an email from Talktalk saying prices would remain the same with Utility Warehouse.
I am currently paying £24 a month, will the price still increase by £4 to £28 in April ?, as google says Utility Warehouse don't have annual price increases?
