Has anyone safely used "help@talkmobile.co.uk or have I received a scam email?
The reason I'm asking is that I've just sent an email from the email address I've used to "help@talkmobile.co.uk" (without the quotation emails obviously) to test the waters. A reply came through pretty quickly with a lovely caveat in a bright pink box stating," This email originated from outside of the organisation. Be cautious about the sender, attachments and links"….So, I'm on alert now as they're asking for my tel no; full name, first line of address along with postcode and my DOB. TalkMobile already has all this information as all this information is linked to my TalkMobile Account No.

That sounds like it could be normal.
Where exactly in the message was the bright pink box - was it at the top of the email you received, or was it in the quoted part of your email to TalkMobile that they included in their reply to you?

The pink box message was at the end of the reply email after the salutation " Best regards,TalkMobile Help Team".

A screenshot would be nice, with your details obscured, but it common for corporate email systems to flag any email received from outside the organisation, normally in corporate colours, to ensure their employees dont fall for tricks etc
My current client doesnt but for example any emails I send to one of their suppliers comes back with the follow immediately above my email in reply:

If you are worried about email conversation with talkmobile then there's online chat available on their website.
Don't think it's secure (no need to login to your account to use it) so they'll probably ask all the same questions but at least it'll be more secure than an email.

Or send them a facebook message - that's how I generally communicate with them - they normally respond "instantly".

There's two ways they do it - the chatbot will ask some security questions at the start, and/or they'll send a secure form in chat which you'll need to complete with details they have for you to pass security before they will access your account.

Chat bots are fun - but I prefer humans - I generally find that humans are available if you repeatedly type HUMAN, HUMAN, HUMAN, HUMAN
