Returned vehicle before loan was completly paid

We purchased a Motorhome back in 2009 on black horse finance, it was a 10 year agreement. About 5 years in we hit a bad patch financially and handed the Motorhome back to the finance company. We then had to pay a final payment to cover the shortfall after they sold the Motorhome.

I have just submitted a complaint to them using the MSE mass redress tool, but am wondering as we didn't complete the term of the financial agreement, are we still in a position for a complaint to be redressed (if missold)?
