Water mark passport
water mark on the page picture is on (picture not affected). Chip scans ok, barcode not affected. Should I chance it?

What does gov.uk say about water damage to passport?
Nobody on here can guarantee that it will be ok.

How long is the passport still valid for?
How much will it cost you if the next time you are trying to cross a border you get bounced?
I wouldn't risk it, 95 quid is generally a small proportion of overseas travel costs and you would be anxious before any journey - not good for your stress levels.
Border Force/Customs are trained to spot the signs of stress, increases the chances you'll get pulled for the extra scrutiny.

If your passport is damaged you must replace it. You may not be able to travel with it.
HM Passport Office will consider your passport damaged if:
- you cannot read any of your details
- any of the pages are ripped, cut or missing
- there are holes, cuts or rips in the cover
- the cover is coming away
- there are stains on the pages (for example, ink or water damage)

Chance it if you want to gamble that you will be refused entry to the country you are travelling to.

Very hard to tell how bad it is from the photo, but we would all be guessing really.
You could ask the passport office directly, although you can replace a passport if damaged and they probably would just suggest that.If you use it and they don't accept it, you wouldn't be flying. That is the risk.
As people have mentioned, water damage is a valid reason for replacing a passport.

An 'ok' from the passport office will be zero use against a foreign countries over zealous immigration officer.
