Moneybox 4.26% Isa - Transfers In

Moneyfactscompare stating 'Bonus rate not applicable if transferring in' which is not reflected in MSE , and not obvious on Moneybox ISA page. Can anyone shed some light ?

If you go to the Moneybox sight it states do you hold a ISA elsewhere receive 4.26% on transferring in that ISA you don't receive the bonus if you previous held a ISA with Moneybox
It's under the header how do you open a ISA
