No, definitely not, although it may feature in the defence or Witness Statement

Study my advice from today in the following thread

But I suggest that you complete the AOS stage online on MCOL via your government gateway account on Tuesday or later this week

Moorside Legal, but also name the private parking company claimant involved too

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

  • 'the claim is for an unpaid parking charge issued for a breach of contractual terms.

the signage displayed at the site set out contractual terms and offered a contractual licence, which the defendant accepted by parking.

the claimant has authority to operate the site and issue charges.

the breach was driver observed leaving site.

  • I have filed AOS

received claim form on march 18th 2026

If you mean the date of issue was 18/03/2 then: -

With an issue date of 18/03/26 and having completed the AoS in a timely manner your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 20/04/26

If you mean any other date, then please post that date on here and I will adjust my deadlines for you.
