Good Afternoon,

Ive edited the original header and updated it to a county court claim.

So basically, copy and paste the 11 paragraph defence inthe Meltof thread issued 12th April. Sit back and wait for the next step?

I also have irrefutable evidence against this.

Thanks for your time

First picture has your name and address clearly visible, best to remove the pic.

Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

That letter is shown already in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread, begging for no posts about these daft threatograms!

Assuming you are not in Scotland, also read the Smart Parking Defence Group Thread because you'll need that, when the DCB Legal Claim Form arrives and needs a simple defence. Read ahead for prep. Dead easy!

That DCBL letter … what a load of utter CRAP talking about the Supreme Court ruling AND saying you owe £170 ??

Every Judge knows all about the Supreme Court ruling, it's their job.

Once again DCBL are atteming to MISLEAD the courts AND YOU …

The Supreme Court said that the parking charge from ParkingEye was set to operate the scheme …. in other words, NO SCAM ADD-ONS which DCBL seem to love

As said. it is the DCBL load of crap, we are baffled why the SRA ALLOW THIS SO CALLED LEGAL TO OPERATE AND SCAM THE PUBLIC

"I didnt think they could threaten bailiffs for civil matters anyway."

They aren't look at the bottom of the letter, it's just a frightener that many people succumb to.

But what a scam this place is, total lack of conforming signage, have you been back to the cafe to complain?

Spot the signage, well nothing that conforms anyway

    Good Afternoon everyone,

These wet wipes have now sent two County Court claims for the above. I'm not at home for a few days to properly look at them but im assuming they're all the same.

Would you like me to start a new topic, as I realised I shouldn't have started this one?

    Any advice is much appreciated

    Thankyou

Use this thread for one of them

Add a new thread for claim number 2

Edit the thread title to something more suitable

You don't need advice. Here's the blurb:

    Defending these is dead easy!

Just click on the username @Meltof

Copy their version of a Smart Parking final defence posted on April 12th.

    No changes. No added facts.

Don't copy & paste it here as we really don't want to keep being asked to check this defence in thread after thread in May, which is driving us regulars a bit mad with this current Smart Parking batch!

    Literally read any Smart thread…

Then follow the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Easy peasy. It'll be discontinued just before the hearing fee falls due in the Autumn/Winter.

    You won't pay a penny.

    Good evening,

Ive submitted one defence online but the other is coming up with an error. Password or Claim number incorrect.

Both are right as ive done it several times now.

Has anyone come across this before? Would it be easier to post it instead?

    Kind Regards,

    Dave
