Well got a script merchant, & would not deviate off it. Even though I was dealing with both myself & wife. Even to the point of ending mrs call & ringing back 20 mins later for my review…
Unlike last one who did it in one nice call & I had result 30 mins later.

UC review notice beginning of January.
Statements submitted beginning of February the second time.
"Check and confirm your claim details" a few days later.
Message received beginning of April that they have all info and will arrange phone call.
Another "Check and confirm your claim details" in mid April.
No phone call yet.
Should I call UC to ask what is happening? The 5 and a bit months statements submitted are now over 3 months old.
