Thanks buddy for your help filling the form today. Your figures I know are example if I add my mums total of house when she died was 120000 but her share is 30000 where you have wrote 90000 shall I swap this to my own figure of 30000 ? Sorry just dont want it to be a mistake thank u x

If the total house value is £120k, how is the £30k arrived at? one quarter ownership? is there debt involved?

Its a shared ownership ship property so my mum 25 my dad 25 and housing 50

The value to show should be as at the date of death.
