After waiting the 30 days I still haven't got the £15 and have asked via chat for a complaint to be raised (although have not yet got confirmation of the complaint, unsure how long from asking and giving details it takes to acknowledge).

So much for MSE recommended.

Yes. Eventually. And a £25 apology alongside the £15. Even that wasn’t trouble free but they did eventually resolve it. Good luck with yours!

£10 for me too.

Quick look seems to suggest that a £20 referral bonus might be offered soon after opening a new account but with a fairly prompt expiry.
