I signed up on the Monday 23rd, though in the evening. So hopefully I may get the £15 credit tomorrow.

it’s been two weeks for me nearly. Contacted them multiple times and normally just get passed to different people to explain the same thing again. I’m also on the ‘you might get it after Tuesday’ list. I raised a complaint yesterday. Not an auspicious start and doubt if I’ll use the account for anything else based on this experience.

Account opened via the MSE links (on Android) installed app etc. did everything as requested. It's 31st March no £15. Messaged them via the app. Got an auto response of it takes 30 days. Requested to be connected to an agent.Agent 1 can't help passes me on to a 'specialist'. Specialist Agent cannot help, passes me to the Specialist Team. ( I'm getting excited at this point). Standard responses - did you use the correct links.? Did you install as a new customer? Etc etc. Explained that I did blah blah. Ok they will email another 'team' and they will get back to me after an investigation. What? Please don't question my integrity or competence! I know it's only 15 quid but it becomes a principle with these things. I await my specialist email 🤦♂️

😂 glad I’m not the only one. I don't even care about the £15 but agree that it is the principal. I think this company might do more damage to their reputation than good.

haven’t got my £15 either 😕. Contacted them several times about different issues. After being passed through to another team again It’s now been escalated but they can’t give a timeframe before I’ll get the money. So far very poor opinion of Zopa and once I’ve got the money the account will be closed. Will give them a few days and if still not got the money escalate further to a formal complaint.

I just noticed in the chat help it comes up saying you should receive the 15 within 30 days now. They must be sick of us all complaining and have decided just to change the time period. Very poor customer relationd

I’ve got my bonus 😊. I’ve withdrawn the money already. Will leave account for now but unlikely I’ll use it much if at all

Well I don't know if it's me complaining or that I was a ittle impatient, or maybe the "specialist team" was the answer but I now have my £15. Credited, withdrawn and I doubt I'll be using the account but thanks anyway Zopa. 😄
