So i used the generic template from post2. Sorry im a bit thick lol am right in sending this to DCB legal and not UK parking control Limited. i added my reasons for refusal down the bottom any suggestions ?

You should revert to your client because the 'propensity to pay' score in
my case is zero, so any claim is hopeless and a waste of the court
fee (whether 'fronted' by your firm or not). Move on to weaker

The alleged 'debt' is disputed and any court proceedings will be

As the blue badge was clearly displayed on the vehicle dash, vehicle encroached on to hatched marking to ensure no damage would of been caused to both vehicles parked the as the user next to said vehicle had parked improper as his drivers side door would of hit passenger side door of apellents vehicle.

It needs grammar edits because there's no such phrase as 'would of' or 'parked improper ' and it's not dash but 'dashboard'.

Also do NOT admit to encroaching.

You'd be better just saying I was parked in a disabled bay. The hatchings are part of those bays, made wider to assist ease of access. Here's a copy of my blue badge, your client is already aware that I was entitled to use that bay but they failed to make any reasonable adjustments for me.

That's a breach of the Equality Act 2010 and I'm not paying, so your proposed claim will end up in the discontinuations bin as ever. Don't waste your £35.
