Lebara - Port not worked and terrible customer service
I ported my number to Lebara a week ago.
My phone will not work - I cannot make or receive calls. I tried dialling my own number and some random man answered - for some reason, my phone call went to his phone which is surely a GDPR issue?
This is affecting my work and also, my children cannot contact me is I am not near wi-fi.
Lebara do not seem to want to resolve this - nobody calls me back and they will not transfer me to a manager or complaints department - I am so frustrated, upset and angry and I just don't know what else to do I am always told 'it will be resolved in 24 hours or somebody will call you' But nothing. The service is terrible.
Can anybody give any advice

Go to 'Lebara online chat' - have had dealings with them and was very helpful.

My dad (in his 80s) had some issues porting, he called them up, they were super helpful and got it all sorted. Maybe try them again?
