Toyota Financial Services

Hi, I bought a used Toyota IQ on finance from a main dealer in 2011. I part exchanged the car in 2013. I do not have any remaining paperwork from the finance agreement or the policy number.

I sent a MSE template complaint to Toyota in March 2024.

I have provided my ID etc, copies of my bank statements showing a payment to TFS and a letter from the DVLA showing I owned the vehicle. Toyota say they cannot find any record of any finance agreement.

I contact the ombudsman and I've received an email from them today including a message from Toyota again requesting a copy of the agreement or the policy number.

I have checked my Equifax file and frustratingly the finance is not shown on there.

Is there anything else I can do?

Many thanks
