Old $50 traveller cheque
I have an old $50 traveller cheque from Barclays and have been trying to find out how to cash it in. Barclays won't take it, neither will the post office. I thought the only place was Travelex and just went to double check but I can only see reference to American express traveller cheques now.
If anyone knows of a way to cash it in, I'd be grateful.

I'd go back to Barclays - travellers cheques don't expire so they should still honour it?

Barclays don’t accept any travellers cheques now

Per that site, "We recommend contacting local travel money providers in advance to check their requirements and fees"

A quick look on Google suggests that Eurochange accept them - no idea if that's accurate, or what the FX rate and commission fee might be.
Travelex get mentioned as well.
Good luck.

I can see no mention of travellers cheques on Eurochange and the on Travelex the link no longer works for travellers cheques.

Looks like you'll need to contact Eurochange direct to get a yes/no answer.

Interested to know if you managed to get the travellers cheque cashed or credited ?
